The Iranian Foreign Ministry denied launching missiles and drones at the UAE, claiming that they were conducting “defense measures” aimed at US assets in the region.

The UAE intercepted numerous missiles and drones on Monday, and a key oil port in the UAE was attacked. CNN reported that the UAE used an Israeli air defense system in this recent round of attacks.

Drone attacks targeted the Khartoum International Airport, where fighting erupted at the beginning of Sudan's civil war and where the first international flight in three years took place last week.

"Our air defense systems and attack capabilities are prepared at a high level which is something which has not changed since the ceasefire decision," the IDF official said.

“We have more weapons and ammunition at a much higher grade than we had before," Trump said. “We have the best equipment."

Earlier on Monday, the UAE Defense Ministry announced it had intercepted three missiles, with a fourth missile falling into the sea.

Officials said artificial intelligence is being used for reconnaissance, data collection, identifying system vulnerabilities, and generating sophisticated phishing emails.

As regional tensions escalated into direct confrontation with Iran, the impact on Dubai’s tourism sector, so beloved by Israeli travelers, was almost immediate.

The State Department said US Secretary of State Marco Rubio determined that an emergency existed that required immediate sales to those countries and waived the congressional review requirements.

Authorities instructed UAE citizens in these countries to contact the ministry through its emergency line for assistance.
