Dog burnt to death in Lag Ba'omer bonfire, police arrest two on suspicion of animal cruelty

Two people employed at a luxury hotel operating in the area were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the act. As far as is known, one of them allegedly carried out the act while the other filmed.
