On Tuesday, at the conclusion of the investigation, prosecutors' declarations were filed against the two suspects ahead of indictments on the offenses attributed to them.

Simon Levy, 40, was found guilty last week of the murder of Carmenza Valencia-Trujillo in March 2025 and of Sheryl Wilkins in August 2025, and of the rape and serious assault of a third woman.

The woman, 33, and the man, 43, both from central Israel, are accused of numerous sexual offenses against the four children. The woman’s daughters were between 8 and 12-years-old at the time.

Distelfeld and the other officials found a total of 13 ancient bronze coins, three ancient bronze items, two ancient lead items, and another 14 unidentified metal objects in the suspects' possession.

The operation, dubbed Operation Courier Run, was jointly carried out by the Southern District Israel Police, Border Police, and the Lachish District Central Investigations Unit (YAMAR). 

This comes after an order barring Israeli protective presence activists, who work to protect Palestinian residents within the West Bank, from around the town of Taiba, near Ramallah. 

In exchange for their services, the couple allegedly demanded a "fee" ranging from NIS 2,000 to NIS 5,000, and in some cases up to NIS 10,000.

An MDA team called to the scene evacuated Nahum to Yoseftal Medical Center in the city, where it was determined that he was suffering from a dislocated shoulder, bleeding, and severe injuries.

According to the indictment, the main defendant called on the complainants to approach him, after which the defendants allegedly subjected them to severe abuse for approximately two hours.

Adanek, 24, first broke onto the scene in 2017 with his song “Boi Buba” (“Come on, Baby”). A year later, when he was only 16, he participated in the sixth season of The Next Star for Eurovision.
