An Israeli man and an American man engaged in a physical confrontation at a Manila airport in the Philippines on Saturday after the American allegedly hurled antisemitic insults at the Israeli, according to footage of the incident published on X/Twitter.
The footage, released by Israeli writer and activist Hen Mazzig, shows the men fighting on the ground before a passerby and airport staff manage to break it up.
The Israeli alleged that the American had called him a "baby killer" and said it was "too bad Hitler didn't finish the job," causing him to act out.
Following the fight, the American can be seen in the footage saying: "You proved my point; you're going to jail; you attacked me," before he called the Israeli man a "piece of s***."
IDF reservist attacked by antisemitic Spanish tourist in Philippines
The incident follows an antisemitic attack against an IDF reservist at a cafe on Siargao Island in the Philippines at the start of the month, according to the Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism Ministry.
That incident also involved the term "baby killer." The Spanish tourist further accused the Israeli of "genocide" before threatening to kill him.
According to the ministry, the tourist began the physical fight after the Israeli attempted to de-escalate the situation, asking the Spanish man to step away.
